ABOUT ME

I am a widower with four wonderful grown children and four grandchildren. My family is scattered around the country. As a result I don't get to see them much. Having a young - almost everybody is younger than me anyway - guest in my home is always delightful. You can be guaranteed that I will spoil you rotten whilst you are here! And I shall expect the same when I come to visit you. Sound like a plan?

PHILOSOPHY

People like you and me can make a difference in this crazy world of ours. I have always taken the view that ordinary people must take control of their future. That requires respecting each other and working towards important common goals.

I will build CS when I travel by contacting local members and getting together for coffee or a drink. We build a better world by sharing.

Classic movies, music of Bach, Handel and Mozart, mysteries and top 10 non-fiction. I love my opera and my Netflix DVD's with equal enthusiasm.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I played all the Brandenburg concerti in 2 concerts. That is sublime music.

I have been an educator all my life. I always try to get my students to think outside the box and become all they can be.
