About Me

I'm Italian, since I was born there, but my heart is in Canada, and the rest of my body in London. I have always been curious throughout my life, but I get a little more curious every day. I spend my free time reading about random stuff, watching movies, listening to music, reading random books, going out with friends, cooking weird, (but awesome!!!) stuff and experimenting with food, going to exhibitions, rollerblading and travelling. I also have temporary trends that change quite often, a bit like museum exhibitions you know? there are the permanent ones and then there is the one about the history of underwear which is only on for 4 months or so. Current exhibitions:

- Healthy food, all you need to know to be a perfect hipster food ******bag
- Vegetarianism (this is probably a permanent exhibition, on since 2010)
- National trust properties
- Ceramics

There are more minor displays on as well, but come and visit to find out more! Opening hours: ... okay I'll stop.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I don't always get the chance to travel, especially now that I have a "real" job, but having people over from all over the world is like travelling a little bit. I have met so many great people couchsurfing.

Most things really. I couldn't list them all if I tried. I like learning from peoples behaviour, observing them and learning from them. I love cooking, reading, designing, travelling and watching films. Oh, and Joss Whedon.

Music, Movies, and Books

That's too broad a topic!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Once I was in Ottawa during winter. One day the temperature was above zero and it rained. The day after it dropped to -20, and everything was covered in a thick layer of ice that made it look as if everything was covered in glass. It was magic.

Teach, Learn, Share

I am much better at learning than teaching, unfortunately, but I am told I am a very good cook and would be more than happy to cook for you, whether I am hosting you or I am being hosted by you!
