I am currently finishing a degree after a year away traveling and working as an outdoor instructor.
I always find meeting new people inspiring, challenging my perspective on the world:).
I feel at home in nature and mindfulness is a big part of my life. I'm always excited for adventures, big and small!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

After living in a Redwood Forrest for 2 months, I was asked to lead a 'prescribed burn'.
I laid fire on the ground igniting the forest floor, burning dead plant matter, protecting a 500 acre property from wildfire!

I lead a mindfulness space at my University, and always love to share my practices:).

Happy to lead mountain trips, wild camping and scrambling (UK mountain leader).
