ABOUT ME:
Ahhh, the about me part.... So hard to sum up myself without the usual inflation and vanity. Here goes nothing:
I live in Tilburg with Elise.
The fields of community, ecology, lifestyle, culture, art, psychology, philosophy and technology interest me a lot. This broad curiosity is one of the reasons I organise TEDx events. My mind is quite active with questioning things, actions, beliefs, and so on, but I'm a person full of peace and quietness. That's actually what my name means as well: Frede (peace) rik (rich of).
I earn my living when I'm asked by managers and CEO's to analyze their organizations and teams, I design trainings, I write and publish articles. Survivalist I'm now (2018) working on a project about transformation and innovation of libraries.
Outside of work I can be found practicing dance and coordination exercises to develop the mind in body, contact improvisation for the insiders.
I'm very happy to have found a partner in Life and travel: Elise van Meene, an experienced CS'r.

For the rest I like to work in gardens. I make nice vegetarian and vegan food. I can skateboard. And I have a broad and profound interest in music which ranges from the ancient Armenian duduk to gipsy jazz to drum and bass.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I started CS offering my couch for the Incubate festival in 2014, but had already a long experience in hosting and couchsurfing. I embrace the nomadic live and aim to live a life of hospitality.
