Moving to Portland!

ABOUT ME

I finished school last year and since then I've been working jobs here and there, just living day to day. I've lived in Phoenix my whole life and I've decided to move away from Phoenix and make a life in Portland. My brother has lived in Portland for a few years and is about to get married, which is the main reason I'm coming to Portland. And since I'm going to be there, I might as well look for work and a place to live. It's definitely going to be an adventure since I don't have anything lined up. Pretty much just wingin' it. A free couch to sleep on will help IMMENSELY while I look for work and a more permanent place to live. Even just one night will help a lot. Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

Breaking my neck was pretty epic for me. The end of my junior year of high school, I was at school on the roof of the math building with a friend and were looking for a way to get down. We decided to go down a tree right next to the roof. He went down first and was fine and I followed but the branch I was on broke. I fell on my back on a raised planter, with my head going over the edge and cracking the front of my neck. I was instantly paralyzed and felt like my skin was on fire. I had to learn how to walk again and re-teach and train my muscles to move. And now I'm completely back to normal!
