I’m a traveler and takes exploring places seriously. By serious, I meant fully immersing myself in one’s culture. I currently work in research with background in genomics 🧬 and virology 🧫. Funny thing is, I was a marine science graduate but things took a turn and found myself in deeper science. But well, who says we can’t all be “jill-of-all-trade”? Anyway, I love being out in the world and connecting with people.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I’m traveling across Southeast Asia from November and spending a month on the road. I would love to connect with kindred spirits to explore places, and maybe host me.

I believe backpacking is one of the best ways to explore places. It’s not just that we see the beauty in the little things but also building a lifelong relationships with whomever we meet. It’s me trying to learn to embrace life and later pass on the good deeds when it’s my time to host.
