I'm a traveller at heart! Growing up in Japan and Singapore as a child opened my eyes to the great world out there and I believe empathy, patience and an open mind can help us all to make positive change. What better way to open our eyes an our hearts than through travel?

Interests

Dancing - my definition: the flowing of my heart and soul through rhythm and melody. This often includes salsa, merengue and reggaeton, but I find it hard to sit still to any music.
Singing and making music - harmonising, a cappella, rounds, songs of days past. If I don't know it, I'll try to hum it!
Drumming/Slacklining/Juggling - have just started playing around with a djembe and am in love, slack lining clears my mind, juggling challenges my coordination!
Laughing - at myself, with others
Being creative! The beach and ocean, exploring, hiking, riding my bike, travelling, being a tourist in my own country, learning another language and seeing how the world looks from that angle, enjoying the simple things in life.

70s Rock n' Roll (Led Zeppelin), anything with a reggae beat (Bob Marley, Fat Freddy's Drop), anything with a brass section (salsa, funk, afro-funk, gypsy)

I'd prefer to listen to music than watch a film...
