ABOUT ME

I spend 13 years living in different countries as a NGO worker (Haïti, Cambodia, Madagascar) am now back in Madagascar for a private company in vanilla business.

Please note that i live in Sambava and the Sava region is the only area that i really know in Madagascar, so please don't ask me what to do and where to go in the all island cause am not a tour operator and i have no idea what you should do, but if you already plan to come in Sava region, be my guest!

am not a philosoph, defintely, but i saw this above a naked surfer drawn on a paper and i liked the meaning, it appeared that it's an Aborigen citation, anyway...

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I hosted several travelers in Madagascar where i lived 6 years, but i just had one surfing experience in Thaïland in 2011 and it was really nice to discover bangkok with a Thaï and not as a simple tourist (thanks Nuch)
All experiences were good for the moment and am still in touch with some CS who became friends now.

A lot, rock, rocksteady, reggae, ragga, funk, soul, afrobeat...
i read a lot of books, and as for movies, i never really remembered titles and authors expect for some books... my favourites: Malvil by Robert Merle (a French old school Mad Max!), The pillars of the earth by Ken Follet.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

sleeping in a monk temple lost on a mountain in south of Myanmar, crossing Mekong river in the middle of nowhere on a small boat by night with no light and 2 bikes out of order (long story), sleeping in a farmer hatch hut in cambodia with the family after being stop on my bike trip by a flooded river, being the only "white" guy in one of the annual vaudou festival in "plaine du Nord", Haïti.
spend a year in Cévennes (France) brewing beer and taking care of sheeps and pigs.
