About Me

Currently looking for a host for me and my good friend in Paris between 2024.05.01.-05.05.

I'm a curious girl from Hungary, interested in anything that's going on this globe :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

First is that when I'm travelling, I like to do it on more alternative ways (I prefer travelling slower with train or bus, than going with plane).
I think if anybody wants to get acquainted with a new country, culure, the best way to do that is to meet with the people from those places. That's one of the biggest reasons why I'm here, to meet new people from around the world.

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm really bad at making these toplists, not because I do not read or listen to music. It's the complete opposite of that, I love to read, and I can enjoy almost any music if I'm in the mood for them. But for those who really care, here are some genres that I like (not in the order of importance :) : psytrance, jazz, techno, world-music, world-folk music, afrobeat, reggaeton, rock and roll, classical music)

Bookwise, I cannot rant enough about how important given pieces have been in my life :) I still read a lot, though uni does take a lot of time away from my 'private' readings -however, I love how I can get to know new worldviews, matters through my course. I do not have any preference of genre, a good book is always welcome :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I did two times a month long volunteering in a Camphill (sort of village for people with disabilities) in Germany. It was an unbelievably good experience, I can confidently grade it as a life changing experience of mine, of which I will always remember.

Teach, Learn, Share

First of all, I am a big 'random facts at any moment connecting to a topic ' person, which has its own positive and negative aspects for sure... But it is definitely a part of me just trying to share with others my enthusiasm towards the wonders of life, so please excuse me, I guess? :)

Also, I think, currently I'm on the "learner side" of life, if that makes sense for you. But I'm happy to share my experiences from my earlier travels, and basically anthing that I know (or not know) of.
If I come to visit you, I am happy to share my experiences with cooking, travelling, life, and other things that you might find interesting as we get to know each other.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I kinda stated some things before, but adding to that, as cooking anything is one of my favourite things to do, I would happily cook for/with my hosts, not just to have something to eat, but because I think that cooking and sharing food is a good way to connect with new people and their culture.

Countries I’ve Visited
