Hi!
We’re a married couple from Sweden (Stockholm) — together for 8 years and married for 1. In July, we’ll be traveling from Osaka to Sapporo and are beyond excited to experience the real Japan — not just as tourists, but by connecting with locals and diving into the culture in a genuine way.

Pontus and I both work in sales and share a huge passion for travel, food, and meeting new people. We’re outgoing, curious, and always up for a deep conversation — whether it’s about life, travel, or your favorite local dish. We love grabbing a bite, sharing a drink, or just walking and talking.

Although we’ll mostly be staying in hotels, if anyone is open to hosting us, it would be an amazing bonus!
More than anything, we’d love to meet locals who want to hang out, show us their favorite spots, or just spend time together exploring and chatting.

This will be our second time in Japan — we visited Tokyo, Osaka, Kobe, Fukuoka, and Okinawa two summers ago and absolutely fell in love with the country. We’ve been dreaming of coming back ever since!

We’re fluent in English (sadly, no real Japanese yet — but we know a few words and are eager to learn more!).

Food is definitely our favorite way of experiencing a new culture, but we also love nature, adventure, and discovering what makes each place unique.
