Hey everyone, my name is Frieda. I am new here on cs and am really excited for my first couchsurfing experiences. I enjoy life with all of its ups and downs, I like to fool around ( to laugh a lot - about myself too and dance while cleaning), I like to spend time in good company - talking about topics I am interested in and passionate about; I can be quite and like to spend time on my own to reload my social batteries and sort out my thoughts, I can be clumsy and chaotic but most of the time organised and mindful. I love to spend time in nature - thats the best place for me to relax, I like to try out new things and to challenge myself.

Hallo Zusammen, ich bin Frieda :) Ganz neu hier bei cs und bin ganz gespannt und voller Vorfreude auf meine ersten Couchsurfing Erfahrungen. Ich genieße das Leben in vollen Zügen mit allen Facetten, bin mal albern (lache auch über mich selbst und tanze beim Putzen), mag es Zeit in Gesellschaft zu verbringen- rede gerne über Themen, die mich beschäftigen, interessieren und begeistern; bin auch leise und gerne für mich, um meine soziale Batterie aufzuladen und meine Gedanken zu sortieren; bin tollpatschig, chaotisch aber eigentlich meistens organisiert und achtsam. Am Liebsten verbringe ich Zeit in der Natur - dort kann ich am Besten abschalten, probiere gerne Neues aus und mag es mich neuen Herausforderungen zu stellen.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

After I`ve spend the last eight months in portugal and spain, I came back to germany to find my new home. I want travel through germany and explore some citys to find out where I feel the most comfortable. Couchsurfing is for me a great possibility to meet new people there and get to know the city from their perspective and not in the touristic way. It would be wonderful, if you want to share with me your favorite activities and locations of your hometown :)

Nachdem ich die letzten 8 Monate in Portugal und Spanien verbracht habe und dort bei verschiedenen Hosts als Volunteer gearbeitet, zieht es mich nun wieder sehr zurück nach Deutschland. Ich bin auf der Suche nach einem neuen Wohnort, wo ich in meinen neuen Lebensabschnitt starten möchte. Dazu möchte ich Deutschland erkunden und herausfinden wo ich mich am Wohlsten fühle. Couchsurfing ist für mich eine tolle Möglichkeit, um vor Ort Leute und die Stadt aus nicht touristischer Sicht kennenzulernen. Ich würde mich sehr freuen, wenn du mit mir deine Lieblingsorte und -aktivitäten in deiner Heimatstadt teilen möchtest :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The most beautiful thing of my journey was to meet so many people with different perspectives, lifestyles, opinions and interests. I shared with them the most beautiful, challenging and funniest experiences and learned from them a lot.

Am Schönsten waren auf meiner Reise für mich die Begegnungen mit Menschen mit unterschiedlichsten Lebensweisen, Perspektiven, Meinungen und Interessen. Mit ihnen konnte ich die schönsten, herausfordernsten und lustigsten Momente teilen und von ihnen habe ich am Meisten gelernt.
