Overview
About Me
I would describe myself as a happy and open person. I am interested in learning new things all the time and I have a new obsession with some concept or philosophy every few weeks. I love to talk to people about their interests and get to know new perspectives.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
To get to know people I would not otherwise meet and learn about different lifestyles and ideas. Letting people into one's rooms is a very intimate thing and I appreciate the instant trust and bond it generates.
Interests
I read biographies religiously and identify with the main characters. Being a book geek is fun. Being an introvert not always.

Music, Movies, and Books
ever changing...
music: Beatles, Simon&Garfunkel, Nirvana, Sarah Slean, Elvis, REM, Fleetwood Mac, Tracy Chapman
movies: The Theory of Everything, Fences, Into the Wild, Harold and Maude, documentaries
books: everything and anything by Jon Krakauer, all kinds of biographies, Kafka
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
It's always the last place I have been to. So probably hiking through the woods on Tenerife at night after we got lost. I get lost a lot. :)
Teach, Learn, Share
I love to cook and teaching others about cooking and nutrition. Also have been practicing yoga and meditation for quite some time and would love to share that.
I love learning about new ideas so am open to deep conversations and other viewpoints.
