Overview
About Me
I am Rika, from Berlin and after a few years of travelling and being at home on so many different places in the world, I came back home, realising that I felt nowhere else this much home and connected as I did in Berlin. I dived into studying Physiotherapie for a few years. In the past couple years I be been trying to focus all my energy on less hobbies and doing them more intnse and with a clear intentions. AcroYoga, Flow-Movement, Slackline and Firedance became my life. We are also on our way to organise a festival for fire people with our community.
To myself. I am living in a small but very cosy home in Neuköln with my partner Yoran and we have not much space, but are easy t meet at park jam sessions, floe meetups or cs meetings.
I do love to create things. From delicious food, mandalas, to earrings and acro yoga, fire, symmetric patterns and fractals. I like to dance, go out, to be at home and draw, to talk with animals and to learn New Circus tricks.
I love every kind of movement and have tried a few times contact dance, Spontanous choir etc.
I have to admit that 'going out and party' means for me something different than for a lot of other people. When I go out I put all my energy in a few hours of energetic and impulsive dancing and deep conversations and have a piece of real good dark chocolate and that makes the experience complete and fully recharging.
Psyctrance and any kind of "Blümchen Goa" Musik is great, as long as the amrs and legs can be moved to it.
Food.
Oh yes, if I had to decide to eat my favorite food for the rest of my life's then it would be fruits.
Every kind and every shape of fruits and vegetables. In shakes or fresh, it just makes me more than happy.
Nutrition and cooking in general is my passion. Where ever a dish comes from I will try it. My favorites are asian dishes and anything that a person creates that I can´t resist trying.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Because I love to give and to receive, if we do it, it gets a circle.
What comes around goes around.
If you believe in Karma or not, but it works.
A lot if people hosted me in my life, gave me food and accomodation, I am very thankful for the friends I made and the special moments we shared. And I want to give it back.
I am glad that i found couchsurfing for the cultural exchange and its making a lot if friends all over the world.
To couchsurf means, to travel into the perspective of your host or guest and share this little time together with someone you just met.
Its connecting people and bonds this world closer together.
Its a lot about trust and kindness aswell.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
travelling longer than planned by myself, even though almost no one was expecting me to really do it and continue
Teach, Learn, Share
Acro Yoga, Slacklining, cooking some light glutenfree things, drawing symmetric patterns on people ( bodypaint), a bit of guitar
I may be able to teach to be in the now and don´t plan to much and follow the flow just from spending time with me.
I would like to exchange music because music can carry all those memories and remind you to not forget.
I have been collecting music during my travels from the most diverse people and enjoy listening to new genres and art.
