ABOUT ME

I am currently studying gospelsinging in the small village Glimåkra in the south of Sweden. On weekends our choir "NoLimits Gospel Choir" go on tour all around the country and have gigs in different churches, schools or concert halls, pretty much whereever we are welcome.

I am planning on doing some traveling this fall and am thinking it would be the perfect opurtunite to surf some couches :)

Have not yet had the pleasure of hosting but have a few close friends who tried it out.

I have always been singing a lot so that is a big interest of mine aswell as playing different instruments, mostly piano but also drums for a while now which I really LOVE!

I am also a bit obsessed with dancing and have tried out a lot of different styles in my life, including jazz, classical balett, ragga, modern and different types of hip hop dancing where house is my absolute favourite.

Other things I like to do is meeting friends for a cup of coffee/beer, knitting, reading, writing crappy poetry, walking by the sea, drinking wine and dancing the whole night, making out with my boyfriend, playing scrabble, using clothes that are to big for me and going to festivals or concerts

favourite movies are Juno, Lost in translation, Donnie Darko, The Guns of Navarone(childhood memories) and Spirited away.

music that I obsess about is The White Stripes, The Magnetic Fields, The Dead Weather, Mumford & Sons, Junip, Fleet Foxes, Ray La Montagne, God Help The Girl, Band of Horses, Tom Waits, Susanne Sundfor, Radiohead, Bat for Lashes, Imogen Heap and old political swedish music from the seventies.

my favourite books to read are "The catcher in the rye", "Extremely loud and incredible close", "The womens room" rock musician autobiographys like "The dirt" or "Scar tissue", all the Harry Potter-books, the entire Twilight Saga and pretty much anything written by Haruki Murakami, Tove Jansson or Paolo Coelho.
