Learn new skills, have new experiences and be happy
I'm an American in my second year as a resident of Berlin. I am currently doing independent research into web application development, a field I'm returning to after a few years of screwing off and playing too much.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I have hosted and surfed but not much lately.
Right now I'm settling in Berlin and using CS to find new pals in the groups.
I've been a couchsurfer in Canada, Mexico, the US, New Zealand, Australia and Fiji.
I have had loads of great ones. For example, my host in San Antonio gave me a tour of the town on his tandem recumbent tricycle. Everyone we passed smiled and waved. We were rock stars.

Music, Movies, and Books

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
The sunrise from Haleakala, the volcano on Maui, was pretty awesome.
Teach, Learn, Share
If you're really interested, I could show you how to do some web development stuff. Otherwise, I'm sure we can find something new to learn.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I like to cook and will happily prepare something yummy.
