Would love to see some of the world's many beautiful cultural and natural places! Now that I'm 20, I got this bright feeling, which makes me want to leave home for the unkown and to go beyond of what I grew up in and always have seen. I have travelled a little in Europe, but never without company, so usually with my parents. I want to discover shit one my own now!

I got on my own around a year ago. I have had this profile longer but still lived at my parents, so back then I couldn't host any people. Now I've plenty of room! Would be fun to have someone over, so I'm open for hosting!

As to destinations I have a kind of bucketlist. I'm stocked about North America, but also Asia, especially China and Japan. Excited to experience different cultural habits, manners and values than the western society.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I find Couchsurfing a great community for everyone who thinks outside the box! I reckon travelling does not and should not depend on money because people are travellers by nature, and history proves it.
Haven't surfed or hosted despite the time I got this profile. I was just curious back then and have tried to find a host in Toronto, Canada but I was just 16 years old back then with some wild ideas in his mind. Now, I just know it's the perfect time for me to discover :)

I play drums now for 5 years, but I never had any teachers. I've played clarinet for 7 years, this time with teacher. Love both instruments but I do prefer drums, mainly cause I play with my mates, in a band. We're going to play our first live set in Januari, so I'm excited but nervous haha.

Music, Movies, and Books

I enjoy many kind of sounds and genres, too much to sum up haha. Grungebands like Temple of the Dog, Pearl Jam, Days of the New and Mother Love Bone are my favourites, but I also like classical music of Johann Sebastian Bach and at the same time have a big love for hiphop too! (shoutout to A Tribe Called Quest and Nas!!)

I really like Chinese Traditional music too! It's very peaceful and therefore excellent to use as background music while meditating.

Music is the greatest thing that ever got into this world. Could we survive without? I believe not!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've once tried to get to Toronto on my own when I was 16 years old. I was crazy in love with this girl who lives there, and without telling my parents I planned my trip and bought a 700 euro ticket. When the time was there, I sneaked out and started my journey to the airport. I was so damn close, until.... a servicewoman there asked for my passport... and I didn't have one. Didn't forget a thing but my passport... I only had and ID-card. Yeah, it was a bummer but I'm still kind of proud I had suchs an adventureous attitude back then haha.
