About Me

Hej jo,
I'm Fritzi, 21 years old and finished my a-level last year. After two summers full of festival jobs, small side jobs and 3 month traveling around England, I moved to Leipzig. Here I'm currently looking for an apprenticeship as a woodworker, space outfitter or other crafts and creative jobs. During these dull task I would like to see more parts of Europe, meet new friends, find interesting experiences and beautiful moments!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Couchsurfing? Why? What a Question! It's such a simple and yet ingenious principle which I realy would like to try.
For me the best way to explore a new area is to meet locals or people who know the city. Less tourism more hidden treasures, culture and people. I also realy like to show everyone Leipzig, okay I'm very new here but let us explore the city together! :)

Music, Movies, and Books

I love listening to music and dance! My favourite kind of music is indie (I really like the "old" stuff like Kooks, Wombats, Two Door Cinema Club, etc.) and electro, rock, psychedelic, hip hop (but only the good ones, not the ones that make you wash you ears after listening 😀 ) and all the other small similar genres that people tell me about, but which names I often forget.
If you need any tips for an exciting festival weekend in Germany I am always glad to help you out. Maybe we can share this adventure. 😉

Movies - uhm... I like alternative movies for instance films of Xavier Dolan. But I also I like the dreamers, misfits, love sick and please like me. But I don't watch so much TV.

Books - It's a shame… I also don’t read that much.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Most of the great experiences I 've had are always related to nature. So I had some valuable hikes throught the Lake and Peak District in England, small paddle tours through the Spreewald near my hometown and beautiful bike rides along the south coast of England... and there is so mcuh more what I like tell you if we meet us. ;)

Countries I’ve Visited

Croatia, Denmark, England, Italy, Poland, Scotland, Senegal, Sweden
