ABOUT ME

I love being on the road, waking up in new and exciting places, viewing landscapes, meeting great people and learning how they like to party. I love backpacking, and want to get into climbing and river sports. I also have a healthy appetite for the homebrew. I like to stop at every brewery possible for a few pints.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

On our first night in anchorage my buddy mike and I got trashed at the alaskan bush company. after we closed the bar down we went into the parking lot and he just climbed into this random chevy blazer and I followed. the driver was sympathetic to our situation and we went to his place and partied some more. turns out he knew a guy i went to highschool with, small world huh? I passed out on the couch.

Music, Movies, and Books

I seriously love reading, as long as there is good narrative. I will admit to enjoying some fantasy and gonzo alternate reality type stuff, but I mostly enjoy reading books that make you think instead of just imagine.

I listen to a variety of music, but mostly just what's on the radio. When I look for music I usually look for country and rock; but I really enjoy hearing all kinds of stuff
