CURRENT MISSION

Jess and I are hitting the road to head south and skirt this nasty New England winter. Possibly going so far as southern mexico. We plan on wwoofing, and couchsurfing as often as possible along the way.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

An incredible spontaneous whirlwind tour of Morocco with two native friends I had made on the way into the country. We traveled from the port of Tangier, to the ancient city of Fez, to the Mountain fields of Ketama. Smoking hash with the local marijuana farmers, only to see government forces burning down their fields. We saw it all from exclusive nightclubs to rural farmtowns. There was even a police chase that ended with everybody just going home. Words can't describe it, sometimes fate's there to catch you when you fall.

I'm a musician and artist at heart. I am a drummer and can get away with playing a little bass and guitar.

I know a lot about neuroscience and am well versed in the rigors of science both as an experimenter and critical thinker. I really enjoy solving problems and I have a lot of background in dealing with any number of things.
Jess and I are both seasoned cooks, and Jess has wonderful experience teaching children.

I'm mechanically (systems) inclined and can usually troubleshoot just about any motorcycle or small engine problem. Some car troubles too. I can critically evaluate other systems too, generally with success.

I have some basic metal fabrication and carpentry skills.
