ABOUT ME

I'm a free-spirited soul constantly seeking to quench my curiosity about the universe. I crave excitement and adventure! I've spent much time traveling (been to 6 continents) and try to travel locally when I can. I'm often overwhelmed by the amount of things I want to do/learn and the little amount of time I have to do them.
I'm as soft-hearted as one can get and there is virutally nothing that can upset me. I'm pretty offbeat and spontaneous, or at least try to be. I enjoy thought-provoking conversations and can go at them for hours. I'm super active and find it hard to stay in one place for an extended amount of time. I don't have one particular sport/activity I proscribe to. I will acclimate to whatever is auspicious in my environment. Generally I love biking, hiking, gymnastics, playing in the park, yoga, barefoot running...

I love meeting new people (obviously. I wouldn't be on this site otherwise!) I moved here to Dallas only a few months ago. I am now beginning to feel comfortable and settled. I wouldn't say this city is my jam but I will say it's not boring.

I love hosting people. Hosting has been the only opportunity I've had but I'm hoping in the near future I can surf around and meet other members of the CSF community!

Morceaux de musique, films et livres

I love informative/non-fiction books. There are many books that have changed my life, too many to list here...
I don't own a TV so the only shows I watch are the Nat Geo's and discovery channel shows I get online (and south park of course).
Like the rest of the world, I too enjoy movies. I enjoy the ones that make me laugh, cry, think and feel.

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

I did a round-the-world trip by myself when I was 21. Half of the distance I did without wearing pants, simply for the sake of not wearing pants.
I went 5 days without eating because I was curious to see how I would feel.
I once did not talk for 10 days also. That was interesting.
Watching the sun rise on a tiny island in Fiji in the middle of the Pacific was perhaps one of the most awe-inspiring moments of my life :)
