ABOUT ME

I wake up in the morning and eat twelve camemberts followed by a ice cold shower, then I do 1000 push ups and meditate using a donut as a mandala. The rest of the days activities follow a similar pattern.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

swam with wild dolphins in hawaii! saw bob dylan and mark knopfler in concert together! saw a ufo! breaking up a street fight in the Bronx! getting hit by a New York taxi while jogging home from work! finding out the cleaning man at my work was a Tibetan refugee and former buddhist monk, practicing Tibetan and talking about buddhism with him, there are more Im sure but I just cant seem to think of them right now.....

Teach, Learn, Share

Skill sets: studied clasical guitar in college, flamenco and jazz guitar player, wood smelting, I can swim and play water polo-former All American and Swedish National Team member, learned Tibetan in college to better understand a rich lineage of buddhist thought, I am big and strong! I can peel an orange, clementine, grapefruit, or any citrus fruit for that matter faster than anyone you will ever meet!

Learning goals: Dinner recipes, speak French, anything really, Im not picky with regards to what I am willing to learn.
