ABOUT ME

I guess the words people usually use to describe me are: quirky, spontaneous, open minded, crazy. I think being ordinary is overrated. I am addicted to caffeine, gum and eclipse mints. I drink a lot of tea. I love laughing till it hurts. I like to dance. New ideas excite me. I like trying new foods and experimenting with the unconventional. I think everyone has something to say, to share. We are only on this planet for a short while -- the best thing is to experience as much of it as we can.

PHILOSOPHY

If it's not fun, it's not worth doing.

I have been both a couch-surfer, a travel guide (Sydney) and I have been hosting since April 2011.

visited 36 states (16%)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

CS meetings in 3 countries (so far so good!)
Was hosted via CS in Poland, Germany, Russia and Estonia.
Hosting in Sydney as of April 2011.

Have hosted CSers from Lithuania, Germany, Austria and France... hopefully many more in future!

I did the Trans-Siberian and Trans-Mongolian railway last year over about a month.

Teach: I can show you how to make an awesome quiche or to cook rice in a microwave. I like sharing my passions, which include dancing, spicy food, foreign films and alternative music.In return, I may practice one of the languages I am learning on you. Hopefully you'll survive unscathed :PI like to learn about other cultures. I love travel stories and people with that joie de vivre.
