About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To find Simplicity in experiencing all I can and finding contentment in others and who I am!

ABOUT ME

Personal Description-tall, brown hair, brown eyes. I was born in northern Cali but moved to Northern Colorado in 2003 and this is where i now proudly call home. I love the mountains and the outdoors in general but also curling up with a good book. A good afternoon is spent supporting micro breweries with good company. I like to People Watch especially while traveling. I try to learn as much as I can while traveling- a bit of a new language, new skills, history of the land I'm in. I'd love to learn some musical instrument but I can't decide on which one! (besides wanting to learn the bagpipes but who doesn't want to learn that?)

PHILOSOPHY

Life is a funny thing, there is humor and beauty in every situation though, you just have to be willing to find it!!

If you are not the master of your life, someone else will be.

String cheese is pure brilliance

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Opening my home, visiting other's homes, being a good host is just as important as being a good respectable surfer. I love being in a new place with the locals and finding out where the "locals" hang out is the best thing ever! I also feel it is my duty to partake in drinking a chai, beer, coffee, wine, or some other form of delicious beverage with every surfer that comes my way.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I started by hosting and have been fortunate to start surfing as I have traveled. I've stayed with wonderful people who have opened up their homes and showed me their town. I love continuing to expand my friends all over the world!

Interests

Geez there's a lot but here are a few- traveling (duh), reading, running, rock climbing, - alliterations, snowboarding, learning something new, trying something new, drinking coffee, drinking beer, eating pastries, eating vegetables, saying "Geez"
