About Me
Hi, I am Regő.
I am a hobby photographer and water engineer student. I usually take photos about the nature and weddings. The nature photography was an obvious choice for me, as I grew up on a farm close to nature. Thus I could be in the nature in about 1 minute from my bed. You can check my photos here: . The farm has also been a big part of my life in other ways. For example, it has contributed a lot to my outlook on the world. My parents' drive for self-sufficiency showed me that our environment can only be sustainable if it is circular in its energy and materials. Day by day, year by year and from birth to death.
It also helped me in my choice of studies, as the water in the soil in our area became less and less and the weather became more extreme. It was a better understanding of these processes and having the knowledge to counteract them that led me to study water engineering.
I like doing everything in the nature. I like running, hiking or rock climbing in the forest. My favourite time for it is the sunrise or the sunset.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Few years ago I won an interrail ticket in the DiscoverEu program and I tried to find hosts during my trip. I liked this way of hosting so I could also accept guests several times in Hungary.
