About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Climb the tallest peak, ski the driest pow, swim in the clearest of water, speak a second language but foremost; experience the magic of people and culture!

ABOUT ME

My name is Pete, nickname Fuchsy! I grew up in the capital city of South Australia, Adelaide. I am really fortunate as my parents are Austrian so my childhood has not only been surrounded by Australian culture, but also Austrian. I finished university in 2009 and since then have set off with my backpack to see what lies beyond the Australian shores. My journeys have taken me through South America to experience the lush green jungles, conquering the epic peaks of the Andes and Scuba diving the depths of the Caribbean Sea. Since Summer 2010 I called Europe my second home, returning back to the family roots in Austria and exploring what Western Europe has to offer.

Skiing is my passion, but unfortunately in Australia its quite limited. My dream is to one day move closer to the mountains where I can explore the mountains and ski dry pow on epic peaks.

I am an outgoing person with an open mind and love to laugh. I enjoy nights out with my mates either at house parties, pubs, clubs or music festivals. I am always up for something new and never afraid to give something a go. I am a friendly and social person and love to meet new people.

PHILOSOPHY

Live life to the fullest! I am a true believer of give anything a go...every experience should be welcomed as you never know what it can bring.

Below are two quotes that have stuck with me for years...

"Don't take life seriously because you can't come out of it alive.”
WARREN MILLER

"Give a Man a Fish, Feed Him For a Day. Teach a Man to Fish, Feed Him For a Lifetime"
LAO TZU

To narrow it down to THE ONE is quite a difficult task. But one of the the most amazing would definately have to be skiing untouched powder for the firt time ever at Whistlers Flute Bowl.
