I like to read and sleep a whole bunch.. I like to bake delicious things for other people (this means you) annd.. I like backpacking, riding my bike, and going to the beach.

PHILOSOPHY

I don't have one.. becoming a pastry chef has unleashed an impulsive and indulgent individual.. I like to think this makes me a better baker.
