ABOUT ME

I do my best to live life without regrets. I am my...SQUIRREL!...life's past experiences. I am currently finishing my summer working in Zurich and will be spending my last 2 weeks traveling. I went back to school to get a MS in Soil Science at the age of 37 as I decided money was less important than happiness. So now I do something i enjoy with less frivolities and a lot more smiles. Ive been reminded how short life is and now is the time to enjoy it.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I used to host a lot when I lived in the USA and always enjoyed meeting people from different cultures and beliefs. Good conversation is a must. I have found that CS is an amazing way to break the ice on meeting new people while getting to visit new areas where I wouldn't be able to see anything other than the touristy stuff. I am looking for the native experience.

I have to move, be active. If I am not, mischief will soon follow...

With that said being outside and not staring at my phone or a tv is how I live. Traveling, exploring new things I knew nothing about etc. Living LIFE!

Live music has continued to grow on me. I listen to music from Bach, Chopin to Caparezza to Metal. Mainly about rhythms.
