Full time nomad. Looking to learn, earn, save, experience, and create. I was fortunate enough to fall into a career that requires self-definition and reliance. I'm a freelance fine art model. Freedom and independence have been my motivators for many years. Now I'm slowly peeling off my solo-traveler, hustle-tastic, independence-clinging, isolationist, introvert armor, and opening up to the breadth of experiences only encountered when sharing with others. I'm also investigating what possibilities I might pursue in the coming years. I'm intrigued by earth science, published words that can impact the world, and good old fashioned care for other humans. I suppose I identify as a demi-festival-goer; I've done two regional burns in New Zealand and a few other gatherings here and there. The culture resonates, and I'd like to incorporate it into my life. More than anything, I seek movement - across the country, the globe, the dancefloor, jungles and fields, hopping, skipping, flying, crawling, with toes, wings, thoughts, and fancies. Stagnation doesn't suit.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm a full-time traveler, looking to get a little more immersed in my adventures. I'm particularly interested in the wayward, unexpected experiences, be that board games or kink, psychology and philosophy, hiking away from the crowd, chasing lightning bugs, building relations and histories and futures and good ol' fashioned structures, art and the artists behind it, collisions of thoughts and stories and inspirations. Learning to be a bit braver day by day. Craving more eclectic learning avenues.

Interests

I grew up with classical ballet, and now movement and body expression are integral for my happiness. I also have found some solace and fervor in words. Now that I've left my San Francisco homeland, I'm coming to terms with inevitable inner hippie. I travel with tarot cards, I howl at full moons, and I might dally in the relation of my mood to the stars. I'm a dedicated foodie, and I'm conquering my shyness in other people's kitchens. Trees and breezes ease my soul.
