I’m originally from small town Sokol, Vologda region in the north part of Russia but I moved to Moscow at the age of 18 to study physics. I’ll be happy to tell you about real Russian lifestyle and my Moscow adventure because such cities are not Russia 😅.

My passion is art. I was touring around Russia, dancing three different styles: contemporary, ballroom dance and oriental.

Before I have dived into physics, I learnt ecology and environment as a science. I’m a prize winner of all-Russian Olympiad in Ecology. I also participated in many international scientific conferences, conducting research in connection with environmental problems and technological processes that burden our planet. I think that technology is both a source and a solution of environmental issues, that’s why I study it :)

Another part of my life is marketing. Marketing is an essential part of any job. I’m an aspiring entrepreneur and develop social media agency in Russia, working with businesses and bloggers, help them to earn more money😀

I traveled in Russia, Belorus, Georgia, Armenia and Turkey. Now I’m an exchange student and Fox Valley Technical College, Wisconsin, and really love to explore the US 🤩🔥

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

My program is academic&cultural. So my goal is to present Russian culture and learn deeply American culture. Staying in hotels and visiting only tourist places are tourism, not traveling.

For me Couchsurfing is a unique opportunity to have an authentic experience of living in the US and meet many great people.
