ABOUT ME

Home is an odd term. Never had one. A wonderer, a nomad, but not a traveller. maybe I'll find mine one day, but for now I'll take to the road. Learn new things, meet new people, and take my time. I've been stuck in one place for 3 years now, trying to get a degree. Can't wait till I can escape this place, not that it's bad, just stale. While I find my way through your city I hope to get to meet you and learn a thing or too. I am a man of the sea and woods. Weather it's rock climbing, backpacking, or sailing I can't get enough of it. The more I've done, the more I've learned, the more I've experienced, there's just two things I've become certain of; I don't know and I must experience. See you on the road, let's make it our home.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I wish I could offer more at the moment. I only have a small couch next to my bed. If your comfortable with that it's yours. I am looking for many couches for my wondering. I will return the favor in the future .

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Never used this site. I've hosted friends and friends of friends and stayed on friends couches and friends of friends couches.

Interessi

I enjoy any kind of exploring. I'm an avid sailor, and not the "yacht's man" you might think of. I got a boat off craigslist and enjoy letting the wind take me different places. Hope to sail all over the world one day. Music is huge. I enjoy making it in many forms, trying to do a noise rock sound. I'd be happy to play with you. Never a day goes that I'd rather be in the woods. Been backpacking and camping as long as I can remember. As much at home on the trail in a tent as anywhere. Getting into rock climbing and back country skiing, hopefully be climbing some truly tall mountains soon. Also love to cook and especially bake. I've tried my hand at photography, working on some other projects here and there. Trying my hand at writing.

I'm lucky to have learned many skills, even gotten to teach some of them. I'd be happy to teach: sailing, windsurfing, baking (especially breads), backpacking, crochet, carpentry, engine/auto repair, audio reproduction, guitar, math, civil engineering, physics, skiing...
