About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Explore and be open!

ABOUT ME

I just graduated from my undergraduate studies in Melbourne, Australia. I'm currently travelling through Europe until the end of Nov.

I enjoy authentic experiences, meeting local people, experiencing the real destination, rather than the tourist trail. Experiences like these are the highlights of my trip.

PHILOSOPHY

Be passionate, be open, grow.

I think it's important to consistently go out of ones comfort zone in order to develop oneself. For me, life is about self-improvement. As long as I am growing, I am satisfied.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I met a couch surfing ambassador when I was in China last year, and I was intrigued. Since then, I have met several other people who have couch surfed or hosted, and have heard only positive reviews.

Up until now I have been living with my parents, so I haven't been able to host. When i get back from my travels I will be living in my own place so I plan on hosting.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Haven't couchsurfed yet.

Interests

I love traveling and am always up for hearing new ideas and experiencing new things.

I enjoy live music, art, salsa dancing. I also take improv classes.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

My favourite travelling experience was travelling through China. Before I went, I learned Mandarin for two months and developed a basic spoken level. This meant that when I was there I could go off the tourist trail and develop a genuine connection with the people I met.
