Overview
About Me
I’m 22 from the southern United States (Mississippi to be exact). I just finished college with degrees in Political Science and International Studies, but instead of getting a real job I’ve decided to take some time and travel. I love history, learning, exploring, and socializing.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I’ve traveled using all different types of accommodations, but the best experiences by far were always those in which I got to stay with and learn from the locals. To me, travel is so much more beautiful and rich when you get to share with locals.
Interests
I love hiking, outdoors activities, exploring, most sporting events, talking, and learning cultural customs & languages.

Music, Movies, and Books
Mainly listen to Spanish music but not really picky. Don’t watch a lot of tv, but not opposed to it (favorites are comedies). I love to read. Love the classics, histories, and biographies. My favorite book is To Kill a Mockingbird by Harper Lee.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I lived in Costa Rica for a while and got to soak in much of Central America and all of its richness!
Teach, Learn, Share
I speak Spanish and English fluently and love to teach! I love to learn languages and cultural customs. Have lots of fun stories to share from my travels this far!
What I Can Share with Hosts
I have almost a year of ESL teaching experience and am more than willing to teach you anything else that I know.
