I am a 27 years old, sharing my life between professionnal cooking, travelling and music. I traveled as a backpacker all over Canada, USA and Europe as well. Now I am very eager to discover new people and foreign customs, which is why we are now planning a trip to Japan.

I've been cooking since I am 15 years old, so it is really inside of me; also almost the only thing I know in life. I do play music on the side, either drum, guitar or banjo, but only as a side hobby. Also, I am very fond of the nordic cultures as I had been living in Norway, Sweden and Denmark, for a total of one year combined.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I had been travelling for 6 months in Europe and I met a lot of people on Couchsurfing. I used to share an account with my travel mate, so this is the reason why I am creating this new one for myself only. My roommates and I in Montréal also had Couchsurfing and they used it to fulfill our guest room almost every week.

I feel like this is the best way to immerse oneself into the real life of a city, to learn and live the different way of life of a different culture.
