I'm vegetarian but I'm nice!

I live with my wife Renata Gomez and my two kids, Nara Rosa (9 years old) and Ravi (6) in an ecovillage in the north shore of Ilheus, Bahia.

I support groups, collectives and organizations to plan and fulfill collaborative projects with support from Dragon Dreaming, Sociocracy S3, Design Thinking and Non Violent Communication.

I'm a specialist in ecovillages management and have lived for 4,5 years in Aldeia, an intentional community I co-founded in the rural area of Bahia, Brazil.

I teach and facilitate courses on collaborative management and provide consultancies to NGOs, foundations, startups, social businesses, self-management collectives and traditional communities.
