Hi I'm Gabriel, a frenchie who's ditched France for Spain a while back. I live in Barcelona where I attempt working as little as possible and living a simple life.
I love eating delicious food and learning to cook it, and food is always one of my primary interest when I travel (very original, right?).

I love learning new recipes and trying out new stuff, especially if I can watch someone else cook something with passion. I'm a sucker for Thai, Japanese, Vietnamese cuisine and although I don't claim to be an expert at all, I love experimenting with recipes from Asia (I do make a good Katsudon!).
