About Me

I'm actually serving my National Service currently til Nov 2019 :P

I'm a Scout and proud (be prepared XD)

I play yo-yo so ask me to do some cool tricks for you (lol) and I surprisingly, can knit/crochet (ask me about it)

I had my very first solo trip in May and I've been itching to go for an affordable trip.

Found out about this website from some dude I met in Hong Kong when I went on my first solo trip and the idea of couchsurfing through this website/app was introduced to me. Really looking forward to the unique experiences I could experience through this.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

As I approach the end of my NS journey, I still have 9 days that I could potentially spend exploring another country (I'm looking at you 台湾). So should anyone be willing to host me, I would fly over in a heartbeat :)

I have quite a few months before I start university in August 2020 so am looking to travel as much as I can possibly afford til before then.

Looking to travel from London to Singapore by land during this period and would love to be hosted by someone during this journey.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love myself some good Mayday (五月天), and 周杰伦. K-pop is pretty lit too.

Movies wise, I'm pretty sure I like many cute slice of life, romance films.

Books wise, same as above^ I'm pretty cringey and girly when it comes to these kind of things.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I remember spending many days in China, telling everyone I was a Chinese local or Taiwanese.

It took quite a lot of people some time to realise I was Singaporean (lol)

What I Can Share with Hosts

I love the insights I have as a bilingual individual, living my life in the Eastern and Western world. Singapore itself is a very unique country as well as the melting pot in the East.

Countries I’ve Visited

Cambodia, China, Egypt, Greece, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, United Arab Emirates

Countries I’ve Lived In
