I am a Peace Corps volunteer who is finishing up 3 years in Macedonia. I am traveling for a bit and am so excited to see more of the world. I got my degree in Anthropology, and I would love to learn more about other cultures and countries that I will be visiting. I was born and raised in the Bay Area of California, and while I love traveling, I do miss home. I am a foodie and tend to spend more time than is healthy at museums.

My Spanish is a little bit shoddy, I haven’t used it in so long, but I still understand everything and can hold a conversation with a few glitches. My Macedonian is passable, but honestly it should probably be better after 3 years of living in North Macedonia.

I love music (especially live jazz), dancing, cooking a great meal, I love me a board game, a good glass of wine and good company. I love making new friends and new experiences.

I like to meet new people and make new friends. I love talking about different topics and hearing different perspectives. Also, when I travel, I want to learn about the culture, I think it's impossible to understand a culture without getting to know it's people.

I love music of all sorts, Classical piano, Jazz, Rock, pop and Alternative are some of my favorites. Chopin, Ludovico Einaudi, Hozier, The Zolas, ACDC, Maluma, Ella Fitzgerald, Amy Winehouse, etc.

Books! I love to read and do so whenever I have the time, and when Netflix has not stolen me away. I tend to gravitate towards fiction, sci-fi, fantasy and historical fiction. Pride and Prejudice, Harry Potter and White Oleander are some of my favorites.

Now TV and Movies! Stargate, Midnight in Paris, Doctor Who, Sherlock, Mad Max, Cable Girls, Peaky Blinders, Studio Ghibli films, Jurassic Park.
