My first great adventure away from my homeland, Porto Alegre (Brazil), was in South Africa. I spent one month studying english there, but my experience was deeper than just learning a foreign language. I've learned that the values you share and the connections you make with each and every person along the way will be a part of your personality forever. And, hopefully, you can also make a difference on those people's lives.

Since then, I'm passionate about traveling and getting in touch with different cultures. I've also studied in France and traveled around a few countries in Europe and America, but I can say that I have a special interest on destinations "off the beaten track".

To follow this passion, I've changed my life completely in pursuit of a new purpose: strenghten the culture of the places I visit. Currently, I'm travelling througout South America with my boyfriend Lucas to produce mini documentaries about each and every city we get to know.

Mi primera grande aventura fuera de mi hogar, en Porto Alegre (Brazil), fué en Sudáfrica. Estuve por un més allá a estudiar inglés, pero, mi experiencia fué mucho más profunda que solamente aprender a un idioma. Aprendí que los valores que uno comparte y las conecciones que uno hace con cada persona en su camino serán parte de su personalidad para siempre. Y, así creo yo, también hacer la diferencia en la vida de cada una de esas personas.

Desde esa primera experiencia, soy encantada por viajar y conocer diferentes culturas. También estudié en Francia y viajé por países de Europa y América, pero, puedo decir que tengo una especial pasión por destinos menos usuales y turísticos.

Para seguir esa pasión, he cambiado mi vida completamente. Ahora estoy a viajar por Sudamérica con el propósito de producir mini documentales sobre la cultura de cada lugar por donde viajo, junto a mi novio Lucas.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Because I believe that the best way to get to know a city is by knowing it's people, building fulfilling relationships and exchanging life experiences. I see travelers as a "tool of life" to show us that the world has no boundaries and that we should all respect each other to make this world a better place for living.

Porque yo creo que la mejor manera de conocer a una ciudad es conocer su pueblo, construir relaciones y intercambiar experiencias de vida. Yo veo a los viajeros como "herramientas de la vida" para mostrar que debemos todos respetarnos unos a otros para hacer del mundo un lugar mejor para compartir.
