About Me
Hey everyone, I'm Gabriela, and I'm moving to Florence to study. I'm really excited because it has always been my dream to live in Italy. It's truly a place that you never want to leave. And the language... pfff, the most beautiful in the world! Let's agree on that... hahaha and....carbonara! <3
I'm very outgoing, I love meeting new people and experiencing different cultures. Respect is something I highly value. I would love to make genuine friendships because I believe everyone has something to offer. I believe in energy and the practice of putting yourself in someone else's shoes, in other words, "treating others the way I want to be treated." :)
I LOVE to laugh and make others laugh. Life becomes lighter that way...
I'm an organized person, and I appreciate having my space respected when needed, and I also respect others' space. If there's anything I can do to help you, I'm always available! :)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I believe it's a great way to meet people and immerse myself in the culture and language!
Aaand I'm moving to Florence. I'll be studying at Leonardo da Vinci School, but the accommodation only starts on June 18th. I need a place to stay from June 14th to June 18th.

Music, Movies, and Books
My current favorite book is "The Alchemist" by Paulo Coelho. I absolutely love it!
When it comes to music, oh my, I listen to almost everything!! I LOVE reggaeton! But any song that makes me want to dance is right up my alley! Hahaha I also enjoy listening to songs that help me relax and contemplate life. Some of them have the power to make me ponder about life's deeper meanings
I admit that lately I haven't had much time to watch anything on television, but my favorite movies are definitely "Pride and Prejudice," "Interstellar," and "From Scratch." The latter has an unexpected ending and tells a beautiful story of resilience and love.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I've had the courage to change countries and start a new life not just once, but twice. (Being away from my mother and nieces is truly challenging for me...)
Teach, Learn, Share
Anything that can add value from both sides... Knowledge is always valuable, no matter what it may be!
What I Can Share with Hosts
Good stories, good laughs, good conversations and BRIGADEIRO! Hahaha (a typical Brazilian chocolate sweet)
