Hello world :-)

I'm Gabriela, 21 and I'm studying in the wonderful bavarian city Regensburg. I live here since October 2014 and I really love this place. I'm doing cultural studies and Italian at the university of Regensburg. I lived some time in Italy, being an au-pair for a lovely family. I love Italy and the Italian language, that's why I chose to study it, even if it's just my minor. I also fell in love with my major subject, the culture..

...well, I like the idea of sharing.. Many have lost the ability to share and to give. I think, that's why I'm on here..

兴趣

One of my major interest is culture (as I am studying it).. And that's not the culture of every country, like the german culture, the italian etc... It's more about experiencing the culture of us humans every day. the culture of living, of eating, of celebrating, you can go on with every little thing we do each day.. so that's why I think this is so interesting..
But besides that I absolutely love going on concerts (that's also where I spend most of my money ...). I love everything around it. From the way to the concert, listening to the songs you will hear live soon, to queuing, to the feeling of excitement you get, when you're in the stadium, hall or whereever, to the sad feeling you get as soon as it's over. There you are united with all the people that like the same thing that you do and this is just beautiful. I think there is nothing more exciting and joyful than concerts.
I love cats, my family, my friends and making new friends.

favorite music: equals also my secret guilty pleasure that is One Direction. the music just makes me happy and I've been round there for like 5 years now at it has always been fun with my girls and I just love how music can make you this happy. therefore: (at the moment) James Bay (a lot), Ed Sheeran...I can listen to anything and find something that I like about it - or I tolerate it.
movies: I think my all time favorite is Pulp Fiction.. I don't know why exactly, I just like it.
Books: to be honest, I love reading, I just take way too less time doing it. At the moment I'm reading 'the top five regrets of the dying'.
