It's me, Gabi, a girl who is really likes travelling and being outdoors exploring the nature - the main reason I have become a biologist. I was born in the middle of Europe and grew up there, but since then I have been travelling around the world and ended up living in the tropical island of Mauritius. I enjoy hiking and horse riding and I love cooking (I am vegetarian).

I first couchsurfed in the small island of Reunion at it was an awesome experience. I like to hang out with locals, because like that you can have a completely different travelling experience than travelling as an isolated tourist! Couchsurfer hosts are the best tourist guides ever :)
