ABOUT ME

I cannot really say that I belong to someplace. I believe that the Earth, or even, the Universe, is the place where I exist. I would see the world as a free-movement place more than a space divided into countries, states, provinces, etc. I have always liked travelling, as I like the difference, that I think can help opening people's mind. To teach taiji and qi gong, that are Chinese disciplines, it's more getting people to see the beauty inside themselves, than to really teach sequences of movements...
And then, I always train to get a better understanding of the things and situations around me and grow in consciousness.
I'd like to visit any place and speak any language.
I'd rather be travelling in the places where I have friends than in those where I don't know anybody, 'cause it's always hard to get the understanding of a new place, and it's sooo good to have somebody to help! And I do the same for the others when I can.
I believe that meeting people is a deep exchange.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've been hosted and hosting friends (and friends of friends...) all the time since years, and I believe that this is always an interesting and wonderful experience, that helps me a lot in my personal growth and development. Lately I've been hosting wonderful couchsurfers, and for my experience so far I believe that this project is just great!!

Interests

Travelling as a way of knowledge, looking deeply under the surface; practising Taiji, Qi Gong, meditation, Aikido; speaking English and Chinese to improve my knowledge; learning a little bit of any language that the people I get in touch with may speak. I like nature much more than man made buildings, and I'm definitly not the one for shopping.
I enjoy watching the waves for hours, I like the desert and the way the light changes at different times of the day. Like sunset and sunrise, silence and listening...

Music, Movies, and Books

I like to read dictionaries, travel books, and what I choose every time to get more knowledge, following my way. I like Chinese slow movies and Oriental and middle East ones, mainly those that show beautiful scenaries and places I've never seen.
I'm also reading books about about non-violence.
And then, of couse: martial arts, inner practises, olistic medicine, chinese medicine,etc..
