Typically quiet but wild and insatiable in the right setting. I'm a nurturing Mama type, with a love for feeding people and problem solving. I am passionate about food and making meals communal. I love experiencing new places, however my homing device will always beep wildly as it approaches the Eastern Sierras.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

My interactions are extremely contextual, as every home and host dramatically differs. However, consistently I am a self sufficient house guest. I am open to spontaneity, however I arrive in destinations researched on my interests and have the ability to navigate through a new place on my own. I love cooking, learning about regional dishes and produce and delight when I can make a communal dish for new friends. But hey, I'm down to set up my jetboil in a back yard and make a cup of soup too.

I love bikes, leaning more about them and teaching what I know. I can repair most of them, but encounter new and interesting things all the time.
I love cooking and am well verse in all kinds of dietary needs, vegan, gf etc.
I am an alpine climber. I am happy to share what I know, but am extremely particular about who I will venture way into the mountains with.
I am also an educator and amateur behaviorist.
