ABOUT ME

Endlessly curious. When I'm not reading I'm traveling. I'm a poet and a Ph.D. student in early modern literature. I read everything. Insatiable wander lust. Love to meet people and speak the language of wherever I find myself. I work in a rare books library and have a serious weakness for antiquarian bookshops, markets, and espresso. Amateur visual artist. Enjoy both outdoor and urban travel.

I am an academic and work primarily on the renaissance of the sixteenth century. I will be living and doing research in Rome for the next year. I am also a poet, fiction writer and oil painter. I enjoy meeting other creative people while traveling.
