ABOUT ME

My name is Gabriele, I'm 23 year old girl from a very beautiful and green country - Lithuania. I'm studying Scenography in Vilnius Art Academy: I'm creating costumes and decoration for theatre. I really love my studies because this speciality perfectly fits my personality. I'm a very passionate about my subject,because I have to read a lot of literature related to the period or circumstances of a period that I'm making costumes and stuff that's on stage. Sometimes it inspires me to travel, at the moment I want to go to Russia cause I'm really interested in Russian literature, especially Dostojevski, Cechov, Gogol.

Now I'm just surfing because my house is being repaired now. I hosted two girls from Latvia last spring, though.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have such a nice CS experience from summer 2009! I was living in several places in Trevizo, Rome, Verona, Provence, Marselis. I was also hosted by a very nice guy in Barcelona this year.

Interests

I really like to explore new cultures and people, to discuss with them and share my understandings of life.

I love visiting buildings "with spirit" for example old churches, antigue buildings or some other antigue places. I really enjoy visiting quet and romantic places as well.

For my free time I love going to theatre, concerts, cinema, playing piano... There is loads of things I like to do, actually.
