Life is a great adventure of self discovery. We are here to realise our self fully, and to realise this is a dream that we are the makers of.

Interests

I am interested in learning how to be authentic, how to give more, how to live with an open heart and without fear. I am a student of spiritual traditions and practice meditation and self enquiry. I am currently involved in building a yoga school and a community in the mountains of southern Costa Rica.
