After a looong trip I decided to settle down and go back to something that matters to me : science.
So here am I in Uppsala doing a PhD in microbial ecology.
After not having a home for some time it took me a while to get ready to host, but I know look forward to give back all what I got from the CS community.

Travel of course : hitchhiking, trekking, sailing, wilderness, couch surfing....

Fast, mean and dirty! That how rock'n roll should sounds! :)
But I actually like many kinds of music from mexican corridos to anarchist French singers

Whatever in can read ! But mainly fiction.
A few recommendations would be j. Fforde, E. Zola, N.
Geiman, D. Pennac, isabelle eberhardt among so many more.

I tend to be picky in my taste but as lately I had little time to watch movies I can watch whatever and be happy!

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

- Traveling fours year by land and see from Switzerland, across Asia up to Canada and Mexico.
This includes amazing wilderness from Siberia to California, crossing the pacific on a freighter, free diving Asian seas, Incredible city's..
- Proving to myself and others that there is everywhere, doesn't matter the religion or culture or wealth, kind people willing to help you.

I could quite likely give you a few tips on budget traveling, hitchhiking, and traveling by land and seas.
I also enjoy sharing my knowledge on nature friendly life, cooking and science ( among other things, I tend to be chatty ;-) )
