When I was in Singapore as Exchange Student a very good friend show me Couchsurfing and I was excited because I think is the best way to meet locals and share a real slice of life and culture. My experiences have taught me that it is not the place that makes the journey, but the people you meet while you are in it, and the more different they are from you, the more interesting it gets.
