Gahizi jules is a tour operator of Travel and Tour Agency, with experience organizing and planning tours. My background in Travel Strategy, tour operation, and tour guiding inform me mindful but competitive approach. I am fueled by my passion for understanding the nuances of tour operations. I consider myself a ‘forever student,’ eager to both build on my academic foundations in civil engineering and tourism and stay in tune with the latest digital marketing strategies through continued coursework.
My hunger for knowledge and determination to turn information into action has contributed to my most recent success at Jiku Safaris Rwanda Ltd, where I operated more than hundred tours in East Africa. Meanwhile, I vastly improved the productivity of my team by implementing strategic project management methods and ensuring a work-life balance for my department.
Gahizi believes mindfulness in the workplace is key to success - a tenet I lives out through my interests in travelling, meditation, photography, and dancing.
