About Me

Update 2025

During the spring's weekend and summer we will be in Cavedine, valle dei laghi, near Garda Lake in our nature project in the forest. Here it is possible to stay only with the own tend, but it is a magical place.

We are Gaia (she/they) and Vale (she/they), we live with our three children aged 13, 8 and 2 + two cats and one dog. We like to deconstruct what is taken for granted. We like constructive criticism and imagining new concepts. We are transfeminists interested in ecology and in building a cohousing. We are part of a collective Abitare Bene Comune that is building a cohousing network based on the commons theory in Itay. In our house we eat mostly vegan, with a few vegetarian exceptions. Our children attend a Montessori school in the woods. We are interested in alternative and inclusive pedagogy. We are genderqueer people.

VERY IMPORTANT!!!
No fascism, racism, homo-bi-transphobia or negativity in our home!!!
Please eat plant based during your time in our place.
In our region we suffer from overtourism and gentrification. We are on couchsurfing to share the privilege of housing BUT we don't want to support unecological way of travelling. If you are flying to visit our region consider that aviation emissions affect us disproportionately: it’s typically the rich nations who take most of the flights, whereas the poor nations are suffering the effects of climate change and are least equipped to deal with rising temperatures.
We don't host people that deny the genocide in Palestine.

We live in one of the most expensive region in Europe. Feel free to share food, housework and eventually to let a donation.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Ho sentito i racconti di una cara amica su come ospitare con couchsurfing possa mettere in connessione con persone interessanti e mi sono incuriosita. Ho pensato che potrebbe essere una bella esperienza per me e i miei bambini.
